HR METRICS

HumanR produces a quarterly study of employee turnover among Federal Contractors. The report is available to participating organizations on a subscription basis.

To ensure "apples to apples" comparisons, we provide companies with a format for reporting their raw data. We then report back to participants on turnover rates and trends.

The substantial reports include turnover by a variety of demographics, such as company size, employee tenure (e.g., turnover among first-year employees) and geographic area. A sample is provided below.

We also report on other metrics, such as open revenue positions and time to fill positions. We are continually seeking input from subscribers and adding new metrics and demographic breakdowns to our report.

This service also includes one free enrollment in an annual conference, which HumanR hosts in the first quarter of each year. The conference focuses on best practices in employee engagement and provides participants with an opportunity to help set HumanR's research agenda for the coming year.
