Strategic Interactions provides Planning, Performance Improvement, and Prevention services in a creative, intelligent and engaging way using live, interactive behavioral simulations® – a methodology that ensures people “get it.” The simulations engage people in organizations to move from theoretical concepts to action, . . . “to take it off the page” . . . and immediately apply what they learn.

The simulations depict real life scenarios that act as catalysts for learning critical communication skills, brainstorming strategies, or visioning future initiatives. A team of psychologists, lawyers, and organizational strategists, who are also actors, take the roles in simulations as an actual “team member,” a “customer,” or a “division leader.” In contrast with traditional role playing activities, people learn by observing the simulations, interacting with Learning Facilitators and practicing new communication strategies in a risk-free environment.

Since 1990, Strategic Interactions has used this approach with hundreds of organizations to explore important workplace issues and enable people to plan effectively, improve performance, and prevent crisis.
